Plans on hold for a little while...

Its been a very busy last few months for us. First redecorating our Auckland home to sell, then the big move to another city and moving in to our new property. On top of this we are renovating an old Warehouse building in Auckland to turn in to another craft shop plus turning one of our garages in our new property into a fabric store.

With much on the go and my husband also starting a new business our adoption plans have been put on the back burner for a little while. The only downfall I guess is that we aren't getting any younger and by the time we put together our application we may be getting too old, but at this stage we are not saying never and adoption is still very much on our minds for the near future.

ICANZ
is still currently waiting for accreditation in Russia therefore New Zealanders
cannot currently adopt from this country. Russia is one of our best options, China has become so popular that it has a huge waiting list in the pool and Russia are generally a little more laid back when it comes to the age of parents etc which means it may be our best option.

Here is a picture of our new home and hopefully one day we may be able to help a little life and bring him/her home here to a wonderful lifestyle.
